Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has tested negative to COVID-19 6 days after the governor announced he tested positive for the pandemic on the 30th of March. THE Governor after the announcement of his positive test results to COVID-19 declared he will continue to self-isolate though he is still asymptomatic.
However, in the late hour of April 5, the governor made it known that he had tested negative to the virus twice. Makinde further appreciated everyone who showed him supports during the course of his isolation with special appreciation to professor Temitope Alonge, who stood for him as head, Oyo State COVID-19 task force.
