Miss Liberty Nigeria 2020 Organizers Seek Collaboration With Women Arise

The Miss Liberty Nigeria 2020 is a “beauty and brain” initiative promoted by Tinadel Promotion and Award Organisation.

The programme is geared towards giving values to Beauty, Culture and Intelligence as against the trend of promoting beauty and mediocrity only.

The organisation paid a working visit to the national secretariat of Women Arise in Lagos.

The meeting was to seek for the endorsement and collaboration of the frontline human rights activist and President, Women Arise, Dr Joe Okei-Odumakin, on the forthcoming empowerment programme, tagged: Young African Girl (YAG), slated for 17th May, 2020.

The programme is aimed at promoting the rights of the female child, mobilize and enlighten them for self reliance and social activities.

Speaking with the team of Women Arise, Spokesperson Miss Liberty Nigeria, Mr. Kola Williams Ojajuni noted that the initiative is a national event that holds to celebrate established and accomplished entities and individuals whose scopes of activity remain sources of inspirations to aspiring great minds.

“It is an avenue to motivate our girls to be committed to enduring values of hardwork, ingenuity, creativity and personal development.” he concluded.

In her response, Dr Joe lauded the spirited efforts of young minds like the organizers of MLN to add value to the society through the actualization of such a great initiative. “It is an avenue to Discover, Empower and Educate the girl child”, she noted.
