Nigerian Singer, Peruzzi In Fraud Scandal

The Afe Babalola University, ABUAD Alumni has accused of DMW singer, Peruzzi, of defrauding them N600,000, payment for his service at their recent event.

Zebra News learned that the event took place on 5th of January, 2019 and Peruzzi confirmed his availability.

The Alumni confirmed that the singer was reached out to through DMW in-house producer Fresh VDM, and was sent the money thereafter.

However, the group said the “Run Am” crooner confirmed receiving the money but failed to show up.

ABUAD Alumni who accused Peruzzi of defrauding them of N600K, however, has given him a 7-day ultimatum to pay them back and to also add N400K as damages over his alleged unprofessional behavior.

Recall, a similar incident occurred weeks ago after Kizz Daniel was held hostage by Babcock students, for allegedly collecting N3.5m without performing.

According to the aggrieved Babcock students, Kizz Daniel who made them wait 7 hours for his performance showed up, but refused to move in because they couldn’t provide two G Wagons to convey him and his team.
