According to Tushbee who is the brain behind the project the theme for the event is “No more idleness for the windows”
She spoke further about the event that has Temitope Bilewu as project coordinator “In the spirit of the festive season our aim is to create an atmosphere where they can come and learn a skill that is not capital intensive to set up.
This is us saying no more begging. We believe this medium will further enhance your product visibility and create more awareness about the plight of widows and society at large. The expected women are real widows.
As part of our effort to give back to the society, we also counsel widows on depression. This we do in order to bring out the best in widows and women.
