APC Appoints Ndoma-Egba As Convention Scribe After Uwajumogu Resigned

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba as the new Secretary for its National Convention Planning Committee. This followed the resignation of Senator Ben Uwajumogu earlier on Saturday.

A tweet on APC’s official Twitter handle read: “ANNOUNCEMENT: The Secretary of @OfficialAPCNg National Convention Planning Committee, Sen. Ben Uwajumogu has resigned the position for personal reasons.“He has been replaced by Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba. @BolajiAbdullahi”.

Uwajumogu commenting on his resignation earlier said the new date of June 23 for the convention has come in conflict with his plans to attend the graduation ceremony of his two children who are in schools in England.
