It was corrosive, impactful and prophetic at Illumination Assembly, God First Ministries Int’l, Ajah Lagos, when the General Overseer, Archbishop Designate Isaac Idahosa on Friday 21st February put up a Leadership Summit Program.
It was momentum as dignitaries, Pastors and Ministers of God from different Churches in attendance were all in agog seeing the guest, Dr Nevers Sekwila Mumba, former Vice President of Zambia ministering and teaching the word of God in such enthusiastic and passion.
Dr Nevers, a Politician cum a Renowned pastor with an Apostolic gift of Healing, a Graceful blessed man of God, a Prolific and Humbled man, Determined and Charismatic, visited Nigeria to bishop Isaac Idahosa in honour of his just concluded birthday and conducted a Leadership Summit Program for Nigeria Clerics which turns out to be intriguing.
His Excellency, Dr Nevers who has lots of experience on Leadership both Politically and Religious wise taught on “Ready to Lead” during Friday Night recently at Illumination Assembly. He however said that God has a tremendous plans for the church than we know and the world must not contradict the word of God. He added that the Church should not shy away from being a leader to the nation, The Church must be ready to lead, Pastors in God’s Vineyard must be ready to lead. “Anything God does, He uses His Prophet to announce it” Nevers said.
Still stressing on the church ability to lead said that Zambia has been declared as a Christian Nation, he advices that Nigeria Clerics should come out and be ready to lead the Nation as President because they have the mind of God, they are the Light of the World as Scripture explains. When the Righteous is on the throne, the people rejoice, he added.
Dr Nevers is not intimidated by his political position. He is married to one wife with 5 children who said he has been into politics for more than 24 years but as a pastor, working for God for 40 years. Once an interpreter to late Reinhard Bonke at his Zambia Crusade. He used to be a Zambian Ambassador to Canada. Also serves as President of the Movement of Multi party Democracy (MMD) in Zambia, one of the biggest opposition parties to the ruling Government. Dr Nevers is still contesting for a Presidential Position next year 2021 as President of Zambia.
Time has come for the church to lead but should remove limitations from their eyes, Dr Nevers concluded. The host, Bishop Isaac Idahosa, Archbishop Designate, a Philanthropist, a Prolific Prophet of God to the Nation with an awesome Prophetic Grace, prayed for His Excellency Dr Nevers Sekwila Mumba on his intentions for President of Zambia next year. Prayer of Favor, Prayer of Resources, Wisdom for creativity and Sound mind was released to him to go and function.
Among the guests was Pastor Pascal Good, popularly known as The Evidential Prophet, the senior pastor of Citadel office Mercy International Church made a closing prayer, it was an intensive and a prophetic prayers as participants went home rejoicing. It was an unforgettable night and a night Impactation, bishop Idahosa said. EVERY DAY IS A PLUS.
