You all remember famous veteran Yoruba movie star, Ogun Majek who has been bedridden for months now, the actor who is in his 50s or 60s has just been confirmed dead.
The sad news was broken by popular South West broadcaster, Kola Olotu via his social media handles. Recall that, few weeks ago, the media had mistakenly reported his death, a report that was later refuted by his colleagues in Nollywood.
Yoruba actor, Gbolagade Akinpelu, popularly known as Ogun Majek, is dead.
It was gathered that he died Thursday morning at his Imalefalafia, Oke-Ado, Ibadan home. The President of Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Bolaji Amusan, aka Mr Latin, confirmed his death.
Ogun Majek has featured in over a hundred movies, both English and Yoruba. He has acted alongside top notable Nollywood faces, some of which includes, Jide Kosoko, Adebayo Salami, Odunlade Adekola, Idowu Philips, among others.
