Famous Nigerian afro-beat singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, declared on his Instagram story that father’s day celebration today is a difficult day for him.
The “unavailable” crooner who lost his son, in October, 2022, said his eyes are full of water but he believes he would be alright.
“Difficult father’s day for me… But I thank God strength ❤️
Some days will be like this
Water full my eyes but I’ll be alright! Forever! ❤️”, Davido said on his Instagram story.
Not only that he is traumatized by the death of his son, Ifeanyi, he is also sad about what stanship on social media has turned to as he was being trolled by netizens on Twitter.

Davido said “so sad wat stanship has turned too… Both within and external… My mama wey don die over 20 years ago wats her own in this matter??”
However, @iiampsticks advices Davido, that he shouldn’t reply the trolls but Davido replied “if nobody wan talk I will… You guys will hurt the wrong person one day! Not everybody is strong and can take it for years like I’ve done? Me no send but one day these pple will hurt the wrong person”
