Former President Buhari Sighted in the UK as Fuel Crisis Persists in Nigeria

Former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has been photographed at his official residence in the United Kingdom, amidst an ongoing fuel crisis back home in Nigeria.

Buhari, who served as President from 2015 to 2023, handed over power to his successor, Bola Tinubu, on May 29, 2023.

Meanwhile, back in Nigeria, the pump price of petrol continues to rise, With concern being raised among citizens.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Monday announced a new price for the product, with estimated prices ranging from N950.22 per litre in Lagos to N1,019.22 per litre in Borno State.

Other states, including Sokoto, Kano, Kaduna, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), are expected to see prices around N999 per litre.
