Funmi Aragbaye Urges Tinubu To Tackle Corruption

Veteran gospel singer, Evangelist Dr Funmi Aragbaye, has impelled President Bola Tinubu to tackle the issue of corruption, so as to achieve the expected results.

Aragbaye said that the president should tackle corruption without caring about who would be affected.

She also said the corruption should be tackled from the sources, which are high places.

The gospel music legend said there would be less crimes in the country when people are happy.

The singer called on past and present Nigerian leaders, all Nigerians give full supports to the Tinubu-led government with prayers for the success of his administration.

“President Bola Tinubu should handle the issue of corruption in high places otherwise palliatives or whatever economic measures may not achieve the anticipated results.

“The president should tackle the issue of corruption head-on without minding who would be adversely affected by whatever policy, and the problem should be tackled from the source.

“President Tinubu should put measures in place to address the current inflation rate in the country, as times are really hard, and allow God to move through this administration.

“There would be less crimes, agitations and social vices will disappear when people are happy.

“The current administration should resist the temptation to increase electricity tariff, as doing so would further worsen the current economic situation of the country.

“The president had surmounted several challenges in real life situations, and Tinubu himself may not understand how he became an overcomer and subsequently as the president of country,” Aragbaye said.
