Military Service Chiefs including the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Leo Irhabor have arrived Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Led by the Chief of Defence Staff, Zebra News gathered that they arrived the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irhabor addressed officers and men of the division.
They are to meet Governor Seyi Makinde and supervise change of leadership at the division.
