JUST IN: Nigerians Jubilate As Possible Plane Crash Averted In Lagos

Reports reaching Zebra News says an air mishap was Tuesday afternoon averted in Lagos when an Air Peace aircraft flying from Port-Harcourt to Lagos crashlanded at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.

The passenger plane, B737, it was gathered, managed to crash land after dropping 20 feet above sea level into the Lagos airport runway causing substantial damage to the plane’s front wheel as a result of its burst tyres.

“For divine intervention, passengers onboard escaped unhurt as the airplane got damaged seriously.

The forceful landing led to the burst of its front tyre. As at the time of filing this report, the Accident Investigation Bureau are inspecting the accident,” the report reads.
