Kindness Guild Nigeria Finally Commissioned in Lagos

The much anticipated official commissioning of Kindness Guild Nigeria took place last week Saturday, 26th September 2020 at Lagos State Task Force Auditorium, Oshodi Lagos

The event which despite the heavy downpour was well attended by present and past military personnel has Dr. Mrs. Charity Ogbole, chairman National Women Auxiliary Nigeria Legion deliver the key note and she spoke extensively on the mission of the guide which she claimed is to give free and kind help to masses

“I really appreciate the gestures of this guild, they are thoroughly Nigerians. Even though some of them are no more in services they are pensioners, they still believe they still have what it takes to contribute to the society. I am using this medium to canvass for any help of whatsoever for the guide to move on nothing is too small to contribute to the guide

In his own address, Prince Yomi Otukoya the Guild Commandant General, Kindness Guild Nigeria stated that the mission of kindness guild is to support whatever any rescue is on ground and not rival any corps

“We are Rescue Corps called Kindness Guild Nigeria and our theme is “Inspiring a kinder nation.” We believe we can do much for the country in aspect of any safety mission. We are not only based in Lagos but all over the country. I have to acknowledge Nigerians who are so far been part of this project. I mention names as the time we not allow me to do but one thing about this guide is, it has come to stay but we will still need the financial support of Nigerians

Also present at the occasion of the event which theme was “Developing a Catalyst for Change” were Barr. Stephen Oke, secretary General, World Kindness Legion Movement, Brig. General Adekole Jones Akpa, National Chairman, Nigeria Legion Abuja who equally was also the grand host for the event
