The Ologudu of Oguduland, His Rooyal Highness (HRM), Kabiyesi Alaiyelu Oba Nojimu Akinwunmi Fashola has vowed that he would continue to maintain the peaceful co-existence among all ethnic nationalities within his domain of control, in the Ogudu area of Lagos.
The Monarch made this statement at the Presentation of Staff of Office and Certificate by the Lagos State Ministry of Chieftain Affairs. on Thursday, February, 10th, 2022 in Lagos
He expressed gratitude to the Lagos State Government, particular the state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for finding them worthy to be presented with the staff of office.
According to him, “I want to thank the state Governor, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other members of his executive council for this honour. I am extremely delighted that I have been found worthy for this” He said.
“In the area of peace and harmony, I will ensure that everyone living in my area of operation lives harmoniously and will continue to ensure that they maintain the peace which has kept the community in the state of development”
The ceremony was performed by the Honourable Commissioner for Chieftancy Affairs in the state, Dr. Wale Ahmed and was witnessed by some tradiitonal rulers in the state
