Fast rising music sensation, Olayinka Jimoh better known as Nappy has said,his new sound would bring about positive narrative in the Nigeria music industry, and Africa at large, speaking exclusively with Zebra News, at his media briefing in Lagos, the Ogun state born said,

My music will change Africa for good.  I am changing the narrative, when it comes to making music in this part of the world. my dream has always been towards contributing to the development of music on the black continent, shout to all the Nigerian music acts who has put in so much work to make our music global“. He said.

His manager, Ice while giving hint on what to expect from Nappy, also reveal what he is bringing to the table, in the discharge of his managerial duties, “Okay first of all I think you need to have believe in yourself, I don’t think you can create or make anything successful if you don’t believe in it, so I have hundred percent believe in his music talent and his person.

The multi talented artiste who is signed to NapTown records, started producing and recording music at age 15 with the intent of pursuing his musical career. Nappy’s music is influenced by a wide range of artiste from different era such as Bob Marley, 2Pac, Drake and Wizkid.

The freshly released single “She Didn’t Know” stings a satire on females who under estimates men based on social status. The song was written and produced by Nappy himself with the influence of record label member Elzanzi and Cheekychizzy.
