Masq London Bar and Restaurant, an upscale restaurant with the aim of satisfying customer’s thirst while maintaining high standards is set to be launched in Tower Bridge, London.
The new restaurant and bar which is first to be fully established by African in Tower Bridge is situated in Tooley street, Tower Bridge, London and is set to provide the very best of services to its customers according to the management.
Speaking on the new restaurant, the owner and founder Mr Yemi John Jegede said that it was established to procure crops in its original form, and extracting needed flavour as required but still preserving the core substances that are combined to make a particular dish.
“The basis of Masq menu is a broad collection of factors. Starting, most importantly, with our expertly crafted menus by our in-house Head Chef”, said Mr Jegede.
He continues: “The Head Chef and the Kitchen team create a range of signature menus, which are bursting with intense flavours and diverse textures.
Masq’s Kitchen serves a selection of sharing menus, alongside a range of signature canapés, meats and small plate style dishes which are filled with flavour.
