It is popularly said that ‘You can only be remembered for what you have done’. Amb Ephraim Ononye, a philanthropist with a benevolent heart, is the Presiding Pastor of Ephraim Ononye Ministries Worldwide, who has won a brand name for himself, having exercising love for the less privileged.
So fortunate that many people have also benefited from the philanthropic zeal of the cleric who recently celebrated his birthday with barren couples explaining when he was born being 12th January as he celebrates his birthday, celebrates his mother who gave birth to him, celebrates with barren couples as instructed by God, He will remember them, do wonders and perform miracles in their lives so that they can also experience what given birth is.
He further explained why God instructed him to celebrate with barren couples that they should use his birthday to ask for divine intervention and God’s visitation assuring that in 9 month, testimonies will be heard.
Amb Ephraim wept bitterly seeing over 200 couples without children gathered from all corners of Nigeria on his birthday as they all shared experience together as one of them said she has given a pastor 1.5 million Naira for prayers for a child bearing and the end of it, nothing happened. Some of others said she has given 750 thousand Naira for prayers.
A lot that I can’t mention on this platform. Imagine the kind of pains this couples go through after giving all they had to pastors and prophets and at the end of it, nothing to show. How can this pastors take advantage of people’s problem to enrich themselves?
He further explained how God is using his ministry in term of Healing and Deliverance, revealing a woman’s testimony who got missing 26 years ago but resurfaced after conducting a family liberation as prophecy came concerning that. She left her nursing baby and left home in 1994, on her returned, that nursing baby is now a medical doctor.
It was revealed that a Calabar woman who had interest in taking over her home was responsible for what made her leave to an unknown destination for 26 years. The Calabar woman had confessed said she used bird to do the charm, so the moment she made the bird to fly away, immediately the woman left home to an unknown destination.
The family had gone to places in search of solutions to their predicament till they were invited to joined Ephraim Ononye Ministry’s Family Liberation. Few days after the Family Liberation Prayers, the long forgotten woman resurfaced. All the people that conspired with the Calabar woman in performing the charm were all dead.
Another Case was a woman testified on behalf of her husband of a stolen long vehicle loaded with drinks which her husband was to deliver as the driver before the vehicle was stolen from where he parked it. He reported to the company but they got him arrested and was detained in the police custody.
She ran to Amb Ononye, the man of God for prayers, surprised as the man of God did not pray for her but told her to go back home, eat , take her birth, drink and sleep. Instead she went home, prayed day and night for 2 days and come back to the man of God that the vehicle has not been seen and her husband is still in the police custody.
She was surprised to hear the man of God said to her that the vehicle will not be seen until she follow his instructions. She quickly ran home, ate some meals, drink, take her birth as instructed and forced herself to sleep. Immediately she woke up, she received a call that the vehicle that was stolen in Lagos state but found in Benue state as the thieves were caught selling the drinks to dealers.
The thieves and those buying stolen drinks were arrested. The stolen vehicle recovered. She was marvel that there was no consultation fees before seeing the man of God, no demand for any amount of money yet the miracle took place to the glory of God.
Amb Ephraim recently demonstrated love to Keke na pep, aka Tricycle riders in Abakaliki.
He put smiles on their faces by fueling their Tricycle, full tank for 3 days. ‘There is nothing too big for us to do for one another in following the footsteps of Christ who loves us unconditionally. We can make the world a better place by loving one another as we loved ourselves. What I just did is duplicating the love of God’, he said.
He further said that he believe in giving which is the secret to prosperity, I don’t just believe In talking as a pastor, I believe in praying and to be a physical blessing to people” Amb Ephraim added. In spite of his contends with bitterness, jealousy and envy from some fellow preachers who couldn’t understand the mercurial Grace of God upon his life and great ministry, yet Amb Ephraim Ononye never loose focused, rather he persevered.
