BREAKING: Bobrisky Transfers to Kirikiri Prison

Controversial Nigerian social media personality Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been transferred from the Ikoyi Correctional Center to the Kirikiri Prison, according to a reliable source within the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).

This news comes after Bobrisky’s highly publicized trial and subsequent six-month sentence for allegedly violating the Central Bank of Nigeria Act by misusing the Naira currency.

The official explanation for the transfer from Ikoyi to Kirikiri hasn’t been made public. However, a source within the NCS stated, “It is procedural that he is moved to Kirikiri since it’s an expansive prison compared to what we have here.” This suggests reasons related to prison capacity or security protocols.

Bobrisky’s transfer has sparked mixed reactions online. Some users expressed surprise, while others saw it as a necessary consequence of the court ruling.

The story is still unfolding, stay tuned for more updates.
